Eight and Forty Nurses Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Eight and Forty
Intro
The Eight & Forty scholarship is dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals who work with respiratory illnesses in children. Although the organization’s central mission is pediatric lung and respiratory care, we understand that many trainees follow broader clinical paths; nonetheless, candidates planning to focus on pediatrics will receive preferential consideration.
Eligibility
Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited nursing school or an accredited respiratory therapist training program.
Award details
The scholarship amount is set each year. If selected, the award will be handled and disbursed by the recipient’s college, university, or respiratory therapy program financial office. Funds may be used for tuition, textbooks, and laboratory fees.
Application deadline and submission
Applications must be received in the National Office by May 15. This means the application must arrive by that date — postmarking is not sufficient.
