NDDSVC’s Women’s Opportunity Scholarship supports low-income women who are either planning to begin or are already enrolled in a college, university, or vocational/trade program in North Dakota. The scholarship’s goal is to help recipients overcome poverty and improve their own and their families’ lives—intellectually, culturally, and environmentally. Eligibility requirements - Meet the low-income threshold as defined by the federal poverty guidelines. - Be a current resident of North Dakota. - Plan to attend, or be currently attending, a North Dakota college, university, or trade school.
